It is easy, no hassle, and you have answers to most every questions you can think of
What's great about it: Fast, easy and ease of doing it at home in my time and space
What's not so great: The version I purchase didn't include 1 free state

Ever since I have been using turbo tax I have had no worries about my returns. It is very easy to use. Love the fact that it gives you an explanation of all that they have for income and deductions etc. Easy to download and price is very reasonable
What's great about it: Imports info from last year
What's not so great: NONE

EZ returns, easy to use

My return is simple and basic, EZ forms, and I had no trouble completing the form once I had all the financial information at the ready. Turbo Tax pulled up my employer W-2 form information automatically so I didn't even have to enter it manually. Yes, I've used Turbo Tax the past few years, too.
What's great about it: Easy to complete, step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: None that I encountered

So Easy to File!!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years. It is very easy to explore and every topic is explained in a easy to understand way. I am NOT computer savvy and this program is just too easy! My only complaint is after 15 years of using this software, I was emailed an offer to use this software again and was able to compare my last years taxes. However the cost was $15 more than going to my local Staples store. After downloading software I was not able to log onto my turbo tax account, therefore I needed to re-enter all required information.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions.
What's not so great: Was not able to log into Turbo Tax for last years tax info

I received help from a wonderful representative name Leshaun. Just wonderful with the preperation of my taxes. As long as Turbo Tax has reps like this standing by for help i am a customer for life. Not to mention all the money they save me and my family by doing it myself.
What's great about it: Support help, No complications
What's not so great: IRS not providing updates in timely manner
