great program

I've used turbo tax every year and it just gets better every year with the addition of suggested "finds" under deductions to help me get the most on my refunds!

All I was say is to "try it" then judge for yourself whether or not it works, provides value, for you. Whatever I say, as a long-time user, really has little meaning for you. It works for me, and I believe, it will work for you.
It is not easy. What is, but you get the satisfaction of doing it yourself, knowing how the numbers flow into the return. For me, to pay for something I could learn to do, just does not work.
What's great about it: accurate, timely, gives us the self-assurance we have paid our taxes as honest americans
What's not so great: hard to find; every year she improves

Last year i recall being able to add values in an entry field, this year I couldn't do that and had to have my computer calculator app open with the program, was a nuisance please put this back...

Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I find the program easy to understand and use. I am able to finish my taxes in a relatively short time and I never have to worry about the calculations....TurboTax does it for me. And if they get it wrong...they pay!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now and you're making it better every year. Sometimes, when I want to go back to review one number in the step-by-step, I end up having to review the entire section that it's in. It feels cumbersome although I think that it might be necessary.
What's great about it: Step-by-step with help on any topic when and where you want it.

Turbo Tax makes it easy

I moved at the end of the year, so I had to purchase Turbo Tax, then I had to purchase the download for a second state. I think the second state should be included in the price just to download it. I could understand to pay in order to file a second state electronically, but just to download the state and then to print it? This is a bit unfair.
All in all, turbo tax is simple, easy to use and fairly quick process. If I had to have my taxes done, I would pay much more for them to ask me the same questions and go through the same process as I would on my own computer.
What's great about it: The ability to roll over all the info from the year before and from Federal to State
What's not so great: I had to pay for a second state
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
