Once Turbo Tax is used it is a easy to complete your tax and compare to previous years.
What's great about it: Simple and Complete
What's not so great: Cost to e mail State Tax is Extra

I am a retired CPA, but I depend on TurboTax to take me where I need to be on my return. It is so easy to get everything in the return that needs to be, and transferring from one year to the next saves a lot of time.
What's great about it: I have been using TurboTax for at least 15 years, and it just keeps getting better

Super quick turbo tax

I have used Turbo Tax every year since it's introduction. It has gotten more accurate, faster and definitely easeir to use. I filed my returned in about 5 hours after collecting my files into my office. Turbo Tax found 5 deductions that I would have missed if I had manually done my taxes. And it probably saved 20 or so hours of me thrashing around with the forms. I have used the support services with great results which prevented me from paying taxes on a business loss that I was not sure about. The support accountant saved me thousands. I am definitely a life long customer.
What's great about it: Fast and accurate
What's not so great: Sometimes leaves me wondering for a few minutes where we are going next.
