I buy turbotax every year. It is easy to use. if you do not know where to input something, just go through the questions/each section.

Wish my employer used a payroll service that I could download my info right into TurboTax. Same with the investments that I have.

First time using TurboTax and found it very easy to use and it was very in-depth and found refunds that other so called professionals missed... Customer for life!!
What's great about it: Very easy and indepth

Turbo Tax is an easy and simple way to get the taxes done for your elderly parents it takes you through every step gotta love turbo tax.
What's great about it: how it walks you through every step
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, very satisfied and saved us quite a bit of money as opposed to having them done by a tax agency.
What's great about it: Great step-by-step instruction!
What's not so great: Did not allow for you to go directly to specific pages without going through lots of questions.

Outstanding - SEVENTH YEAR TO USE

This is my SEVENTH YEAR to use Turbo-Tax. I do the taxes for multiple family members.
Turbo-Tax is quick, easy, accurate and helps me NOT TO MISS tax-reducing deductions, etc.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy & Accurate !!
What's not so great: NONE
