Taxes made simple

By using turbo tax, with the step by step process made it easy and made sure you did not miss any deductions. It was great!!

I Wouldn't Use any other Tax preparation software

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 20 years, only missing one year when I moved to another state and setup a home office there to work from, in preparation to retiring.
It has served my extremely well thought out that period and I have no difficulty in using the software. I have never had any problems with the form completion, filing and refunds and/or payments. Everything has work quite smoothly without any problems.
I like that you can stop and start wherever and it remembers where you were. Also, I like that you can switch back and forth between the guide mode and using the forms themselves.
I have and would recommend this package to anyone that asks.

Turbotax isn't Taxing!

I have used Turbotax for many years. Each year it gets more user friendly. They have come a long way since "back in the day"! I really like how your info can be imported which saves time and less room for typo errors. I had a little trouble figuring out which category a particular form went to. I thought the help screen was too wordy. But other than that, my overall feeling was that Turbotax was quick, easy, and convenient!
What's great about it: I liked how personal it was
What's not so great: A little difficult using the help screen

I really like Turbo Tax. If you are a beginner or just have new tax issues. Let Turbo Tax guide you through your taxes. It will ask you all the questions and determine which forms you need. Just make sure you answer all questions so it can fill out the proper forms for you. I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so easy a beginner can do it. If you don't know how to answer a question you can ask the Tax Help.
What's not so great: Not any

Awesome Experience!!

This version seemed even easier than last year. I am always amazed at it how you can work on your taxes, go back to it and everything is right where you left it. It never fails to give me an explanation when i am asking "What in the heck is that?". Every once in a while i find out that I actually qualified for a credit i didn't realize I qualified for. Tremendous software.. makes me wonder why i ever did this by hand.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use!, Great pop-up explanations!
What's not so great: Not always sure what the the upates are that are uploading
