Just follow the promps and you can't go wrong!
What's great about it: Best thing is that this system automatically carries over info from year to year!
What's not so great: Some of the options in It's Deductable are outdated.

Piece of Mind-Year after Year

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years - I can't even remember doing my taxes without it! Thanks Turbo Tax - for always helping me get the most I am due back!!
What's great about it: The ease of finding all deductions to get the highest refund
What's not so great: That I cant use my arrow keys to scroll down - have to use the arrow on side.

Overall nice interface. Have used Turbo Tax for nearly 10 years. Did taxes with paper forms and pencil when first started working -- this is so much easier.
What's great about it: Ease of Use / Being able to go into the form if you don't want the easy guide
What's not so great: Dependent care issue with calc/ should include state e-file fee with product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

After having a home based child day care business 10 years ago I realized the mountain of paper work it was going to take to do our taxes. It was so complex it made my head hurt. I ran out and got Turbo Tax for the first time. In less than two hours I had my taxes done. A tax specialist charging by the form would have cost several hundred dollars. I have used Turbo Tax every year for the last 10 years.
What's great about it: So easy a caveman could do it
