Barking speed of light now give me a bone

I really love doing my taxes with Turbo Tax makes it very easy; as well as, we get the money that we are in title to. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1996.
What's great about it: Everything

moved at end of year and was fearful that we would have to pay state income taxes for the first time in 23 years - and found out that we didn't owe anything - great feeling

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. The first year was time consuming but each year after that has gotten easier and easier. First, the fact that the program downloads from previous years is outstanding and second, the program is more user friendly each year. I can't imagine doing my taxes any other way.

Took time to go over everything with me the on line file would not let me correct.
What's great about it: The nicest agent I have ever spoken with
What's not so great: The online file was corrupt
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Other than a little hicup in trying to firgure out the retirement part for my mom i absolutely love turbo tax and have been using it for years. very easy to navigate and alaways got me a great refund. the q &a section was also very helpful to me this year. Will be using for years to come
What's great about it: very easy to prepare my return
What's not so great: a little difficult when trying to do retirement 1099R
