It was simple and straight forward. Turbo Tax helps you find deductions, many of which I never knew. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and anyone looking for an easy to use tax program.
What's great about it: Step by Step walk through - very easy and straight forward.

i enjoy the taxes even though I am not an accountant.
It is the one time a year that I really see what is happening with my money. I get to know how my decisions throughout the year have impacted our finances and I watch how the impact the taxes I pay and the savings I receive incrementally.

What's great about it: Easy to understand, it's quick, and it is painless
What's not so great: I have to keep good records throughout the year :o(
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Swift & Easy - got that refund!

I really like the interviews, as they seem to cover everything. It would be handy if they put the "next section" at the top of the list rather than having to scroll to the bottom - that would keep the focus on the next item.
I have a double sided printer, and that ALWAYS messes up printing. I want to save paper, but no-can-do.
What's great about it: Guided Interview covers it all
What's not so great: Printing

I really appreciate how easy Turbo Tax makes it to gather all information for my return. It is a very clear understandable format. I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years and recommend it to anyone wishing to maximize their refund.
