Easy to follow

Turbo tax allows you to have up to date information on tax laws without having to study them yourselves. Leads you step by step through the entire return. You are able to automatically download information from previous year return without having to enter it yourself.
What's great about it: Leads you through return
What's not so great: Asks too many times to download information

Great Easy Product

Great little product for taxes. Took me through my taxes step by step. What took a few hours last year took less then an hour this year. I will definitely be buying this for next years taxes, and is a definite recommendation to anyone looking for tax software with no worries and no hassle.
What's great about it: Fast, Detailed, No Errors
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Rocked my refund

It is nice to be able to do my taxes myself on my time and not have to pay someone else hundreds of dollars to get it done. It is simple even for me. I like that Turbo Tax remembers my returns for the previous year!

Overall easy to use. Like the import function from last years taxes, saved a lot of time. Like the side by side comparison from last years taxes. Would like an alert or a side by side comparison showing the tax liability for filing married vrs filing separately.
What's great about it: Easy to load and use
What's not so great: Some deductions hard to understand

TT remembered my IRA-Roth conversion from 2010, and calculated last year's tax & the 2012 balance due.
I wouldn't have remembered to do that!

Well, I guess there is one con...watching your green number slip away into the dreaded red. Easy to use, have used TT for 4 years and will continue to use TurboTax to complete my returns in the future.
