I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years now and I am always pleased with all of the upgrades and changes made to make it a better product.

Turbo Tax Delux

Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow. When you start a new return the data from the previous year is transferred to the new forms. When you have a question there are links with answers to help you along. Great Program.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is user friendly. I like how it transfers data from the previous year to the new return, saving time.
What's not so great: none

Over all very good and simple.
But Idid not come across a question by way of which I can enter Bank details. Only when I waS viewing forms befor filing did I see that in State forms I had missed taking that option. So I had to enter the details on the form directly when I was viewing. No doubt, when efiling fedral I was asked to confirm details.So that was good

State e filing could have been bit cheaper.
Over all good and satisfied use Turbo tax
What's great about it: Good guidance
What's not so great: certain features dont come up during guidance. Like oppertunity to provide bank details for direct refund.

Brilliant product

I have used TurboTax for years. It just keeps getting better and better. It's so easy to fill out the forms and the best part is the e file application. I reccommend TurboTax to everyone I know. This is the best tax preparation software ever.
What's great about it: Easy Guide, help text and e file
What's not so great: Absolutely None

The only choice for tax time!

Using TurboTax is like having a knowledgeable good friend guide me through the process. It's also so easy to begin and then pick up days or even weeks later.
Very user friendly.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Can sometimes take a while to find a particular place

Followed directions to print return and it never worked. Ended up using state e-file option and having to pay for it instead of printing and submitting it myself. A little disappointed in that.

So Easy and more than I got last year!!

I own a business so I still had to have an accountant file my business return and I got a K-1. I worried that Turbo Tax wouldn't let me imput that, but it did.
What's great about it: I even got to do my K-1 with turbo tax.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall as a professional tax preparer for 15 years I have found your product to be above the other programs I have used. Easy, informative, helpful and a good preforming tax program.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate for the more informed, easy for the one time user.
What's not so great: I haven't found anything so negative as to persuade me to look elsewhere.
