water cooled turbo

Used turbo since 2009 never had a problem my son did his first tax return with turbo using it ever since like idea of up to 5 returns per purchase I use 4 of them this year. Hey now pick me as a winner
What's great about it: doubled checked some of my answers up to 5 per purchase
What's not so great: can't think of any

I wouldn't do it any other way. After using TurboTax for several years, I know exactly how to prepare my info so I can breeze through the entry process. The only area that is consistently a problem is getting the interest from my foreign bank account entered in the correct place. wish there were a resource for reading an overview of this process.
What's great about it: thoroughness; easy to follow instruction (for the most part);
What's not so great: very difficult to understand process for reporting foreign income

Had to pay but its okay

I have use Turbo Tax for a few years with ease and trust. I tend to put off the filing chore, but with Turbo Tax I have plenty of time even in the closing days. the ability to download information from previous years is helpful, as are the opportunities to check and edit the data, I find Turbo Tax to be user friendly and very convenient. Any problems I have encountered have been due to my computer or not having my records nearby.
What's great about it: Ease of use, checks for information I might niot remember is required
What's not so great: it's about income tax

I like the fact that the information has been entered from last year so I don't have to start over. I also found the explanations were helpful and were very reassuring as to the accuracy of what I had entered.
The error review is very helpful too.
What's great about it: like be able to see what I did last year and the explanations given
What's not so great: I had one place where I had difficulty putting in the loss information for this year.

Have been using TurboTax for about 20 years. It gets easier every year. Definitely would recommend for anyone with a moderate to mildly complicated tax return.
What's great about it: Quite straight forward and gave good explanations where needed.
What's not so great: Nothing more than general cons of the federal and state income tax process
