Awesome guides

I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years and can't imagine doing my taxes any other way. I also used it for the final taxes for my Uncle's estate that I was executor for, and have used it for years for my mother, who has advanced Alzheimer's Disease. THANK YOU for such a wonder software program and all you do to continually improve it.
What's great about it: The guides in the 'Easy Guide' are SUPER
What's not so great: Explanations about Passive Carry Overs was lacking

I'll probably buy the the higher end editions because this turb tax, It didn't seem like I was getting unusual answers for freq. asked ques.
What's great about it: All forms included in pack.
What's not so great: DEluxe no longer as helpful as in 2011 and 2010

I really like having this software to guide me through this agonizing process. Turbo Tax gets me the best refund possible with the least pain!
A FLAT TAX is badly needed!
What's great about it: steps you through the process and asks the right questions
What's not so great: sometimes is confusing a bit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy as Sunday morning

The wait while we load statement at start up needs to be refreshed. The software is easy to use and gives you access to more detail if you want it. The loading up of information from previous years is great. Now if only you could get the code monkeys to do some OCR with scanned documents, now that would be awesome. Especially with the donations through It's Deductible. Having to hunt and peck for all the things that are on my hand written list take the longest and is the most dreaded part of the whole experience.
What's great about it: Just easy
What's not so great: Can't just scan documents and let software do the entry

Turbo Tax makes it a Click away from done.

I love using Turbo Tax. I know the job is done right. Because I can import so much of my information I don't have to figure out the complex broker statements I get. I have confidence when I e-file or mail my returns that I am done with that year and will not have to think about it again.. I do wish the states did not charge to e-file.
What's great about it: Easy, askes all the questions, does all the math.
What's not so great: I didn't find any Cons.

I PAID FOR E-FILE BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO E-FILE BECAUSE MY REURN WAS REJECTED. THERE SHOULD BE A AVENUE TO GET REIMBURSE FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO EFILE.,

I found most of the material useful and helpful. I did not find how to delete a form.
It is not perfect, but I got through it.
What's great about it: EASE OF USE FOR SOME
