I've used TurboTax for years, even during the five years I owned a business and it is always fast and easy. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Simple questions with easy to find faq help
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future based on it's excellent step-by-step direction.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step direction, affordable, and always reliable!
What's not so great: I honestly have no Cons

Dreaded Tax time made easy

I count on Turbo Tax to help me with my taxes every year, and I can not imagine doing it any other way. Tax season is hard to deal with as it is. Thank you Turbo Tax for making it bearable and easy.
What's great about it: Step by step guide to deductions not thought of before
What's not so great: If you are not organized, this will take quite a while to do

It worked as advertised!

This was my first year using TurboTax and I found it easy to use. It was nice that you could get FAQs (that were actually helpful) and on each screen you could ask what it meant when you needed to. The only thing that worried me is that they had the problem with MN tax returns plus there was an additional charge to efile our state return so we are going to mail it in which means it will take more time to get it back. We are getting a refund after a couple of years of paying in!
What's great about it: That it could walk me through the return by asking questions or I could go look at the forms. The error check was great!
What's not so great: When I got to filing I was notified at a fee to file the State return and needed to update before filing

Easy to use

Have used this program for years, and I am going to start a small consultanting business and hope the business version will be just as easy and helpfull.
What's great about it: helps us who are not up to speed on all the current changes
What's not so great: Sometime it can be intimadating (sp)
