Not on my taxes but in helping my son with his couldn't find where he can file as head of household. Could of been a bigger refund but he was satisfied.
I've used it for 5 years and love it. If you have a question or not quite sure of something, there's always a link to get help.

Easy as pie

I have used TT for years and seems to get easier each year. Keep all your documents in one file then open TT you can be done in a snap, even if you have complicated issues to go through.
What's great about it: Walks you through every single step.
What's not so great: So easy it makes you worry.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for at least 9 years. I used to work for the IRS checking 1040's for errors. I find using the program very reassuring because I can trust the calculations and it reminds me of deductions that I might otherwise overlook. I would recommend it to others.
What's great about it: I like that it leads me through and checking to see what I may have missed as a deduction
What's not so great: I had some problem after leaving my return it wouldn't let me in 2 days later. Upon downing more updates - success

Taxes made simple

I really like using Turbo Tax to file my taxes as it takes all the complication out of it.
What's great about it: The program takes me through the preparation process step by step.
What's not so great: Hard to understand what the forms look like until ready to file.
