Easy Tax Prep!

Liked the straightforward approach, easy instructions and completeness. No problems understanding what to do and how to do it. A little preparation ahead of time makes the whole process relatively quick to use. Definitely will buy again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear instructions and simple to understand
What's not so great: Nothing

I have been using turbo tax for the last 5 years. One year, I accidently bought a different brand to do my taxes and had to return it due to not working properly.

What's great about it: Easy to use, even a fifth grader can use.

I started using TT 10 years ago and wouldn't think of using anything else. It is by far the easiest way to accurately do your taxes. I prefer to go for the CD copy of the software so if I ever needed to go back I have it but either CD or download you can"t miss!!
What's great about it: Easy as Pie, Inexpensive, Comprehensive guidance
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Been using Turbo Tax for about 12yrs and it's easy, guides you through the whole process and it saves me money from paying someone else to do them.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Had some difficulty this year with State download.

Fairly easy to follow the instructions all the way to the end.
If I needed to go back and make a change, it became cumbersome to have to go thru the whole section from the start to find where I needed to change.
