It would be helpful if when you get to print return it said print or save return.
What's great about it: Easy and quick
What's not so great: My federal was reject because I mis-typed a date, then rejected again because I had already filed it with the same SSN.

Quick work!

Overall, it made easy work of my much dreaded task. I got off to a late start to file but completed my return in one short evening. E-File allows me to get a refund very quickly.
What's great about it: Very easy to use--walks you thru all the options.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to search for items.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. For the price you should give both State and Federal filling for free.
What's great about it: Wizard based return questions
What's not so great: Charge for Credit Card Use. You said it was free file.

I did it Again!

Once again for more years than I can count, I've successfully used Turbo Tax to complete and file my returns. The program installs easily, is easy to follow, and gives a great comfort level in knowing that I've accurately completed my returns with a very low likelihood of audit. I'll be using it again next year ...
What's great about it: Easy to follow ... love the results.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel that TurboTax asks every possible question, leaving me feel confident that we got the best return possible, as well as included everything necessary.
What's great about it: easy to use, complete, feel confident in my return
What's not so great: every year, there are different user glitches--minor annoyances

Crashed a few times

Still some glitches for a highly-touted product. Did not like that it wouldn't give me a chance to manually pay my State taxes by check since I don't have the money in my checking account (debit card). I'm sure that is going to overdraw my account. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Easy refund

Loved how quick and easy it is to start a return. Needing to update all the time takes sometime wish there was an auto update that could run itself.
What's great about it: How quick it is to file
What's not so great: Updates froze the computer.
