Did Better past years

I use my vehicle for business use, I entered in my expenses, and found mileage as my best bet. After clicking mileage, it did not release the itemization answers and requested more information when doing the review. I needed to phone for help and first got software tech, and they had to transfer me to tax help. The individual was of great help and help get the problem fixed.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Tried to fill out forms I didn't need

Going from Federal to State when done and filling

I love Turbo Tax with one exception. i file federal by e-file and file state (Georgia) by paper. i am not willing to pay the extra fee to file state taxes via efile.
after i file federal electronically....there are not any prompts asking me how i want to file state. if i was not careful about it....I would think i was all done....and assume state was filled to. TT needs to do a better job of asking what i want to and and guiding me thru filing state after federal is complete

It always walks you through each and every step you need to complete your return in a timely fashion. This is our tenth year of filing our taxes with TurboTax with nary a glitch.
What's great about it: TurboTax is always easy to use.
What's not so great: Could use the electronic form for energy saving expenses.

This is probably the 8th year that my husband & I have used Turbo Tax. We spent a total of 1-1/2 hours tonight from beginning preparation thru filing. We are totally impressed & look forward to receiving our refunds!
What's great about it: ease & speed of preparation

Quickest filing ever

Turbo Tax quickly downloaded all updates except for state. It took almost 30 minutes to update.
What's great about it: Good downloads of updates
What's not so great: Took a long time to set up state to input
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Thorough and Efficient!

Turbo Tax is the best tax- filing program that there ever could be. They have incorporated into this program how to handle ANY possible tax situation you may have to utilize. The program is HERE and eveything you need outside of your information and other necessary forms, receipts, etc. are here to accomodate you. I Love Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: They are there for you EVERY step of the way!
What's not so great: Can't complain here!
