The easiest tax program around

I am a tax professional and have used TurboTax for my own and my families tax returns for almost 10 years now. I have never had an issue with accuracy, the forms are easy to fill out, the questions guide you through the answers with ease, the efiling process is very simple, the printing and saving of files is very easy. The support staff has always been very helpful. I have had computers crash and lost all my downloads and they were extremely helpful with reinstalling the product so I would not be charged extra for my State download.
My father has no knowledge of taxes and actually did his own return on TurboTax one year to see if he got the same result I did. He had no trouble maneuvering the system and did his return correctly without any tax knowledge.
I love the product and would not change to any other product. Someone recently told me to try a website with a tax package and I didn't even pay attention to him, I can't even remember what product he was telling me was better. I won't switch from Turbo Tax.
It is the best.
What's great about it: support staff very helpful, easy to navigate, easy to efile
What's not so great: none that I can think of
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo tax for the past 8 years and I can't understand why people pay another person so much more money when this is so easy and complete.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: could use more explaination in the securities and home loan areas

Better and Better

Turbo Tax has improved every year I have used it which includes the Partnership version as well as the Deluxe and not only saves me money of an Accountant but also gives me the resource to get a better explanation of terminology.
What's great about it: Ability to get where I want to go in the Return fast.
What's not so great: Would like a little more expanded info of IRS terminology without having to go to IRS website.

Almost Painless Filing (except for owing)
