I have used Turbotax for many years (at least 6 probably more) this is the first year all my prior info transfered****I was very pleased.

Cannot e-file

Used Turbo-Tax for many years. This year has not been good. No easy way to update software as in prior years. Could not e-file federal tax. TT simply shut down after entering Credit Card info.
What's great about it: Completing forms
What's not so great: Could not update nor e-file

Quick and easy. Much better than manually poring over forms and trying to determine what figure to put where and on which form. The auto calculations are very helpful and eliminate some of my most common errors.
What's great about it: Easy to start, stop and start again later
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The comfort of filing with trustworthy information

I tried another software a couple of years ago and it was the most frustrating experience. I couldn't tell where I was in the process and if a mistake made how to fix it etc. My whole family uses your product and we really like and trust the results. I could never keep up with all the changes and manually completing the forms again is unthinkable.
What's great about it: I liked how easy it is to follow
What's not so great: based on experience with other software none.

Who needs a CPA!!!

I have no complaints...other than Turbo Tax proved my husband right when it came to questions about our filing status and our deductions. Turbo Tax answered this question in two minutes while I'm still waiting for the IRS to respond to my email. LOVE Turbo Tax..everything is so easy to follow and effortless. NOT as stressful as when I did my taxes on my own!!
What's great about it: easy to follow; self-explanatory; very detailed
What's not so great: NOTHING
