We like Turbo Tax but the whole system is too complicated and could be made easier by our government.
What's great about it: Gets it done

great user friendy system

I think that your customer service is outstanding but it would be more helpful if they could access the user's system if they are using the CD version. Also I had two states to do it would have helpful if the system would have suggested to do the PA first then the DE because the taxes paid in PA would offset some of the taxes to be oaid in DE.
What's great about it: how the system prompts the user and the intuitivness of the system
What's not so great: had a problem where I created a blank 1099r and it told me something was wrong with the 1099r and i finally found it

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have found it to be a fantastic tool! Once I have gathered up my papers instead of paying someone else alot of money I open my computer and finish my taxes in record time!! Thanks.

Clear, Reliable, and Accurate!

I have been doing my own taxes for the last four year, and I love Turbo Tax. The software is user friendly, and when in doubt, I have always been able to use the help section (?) and find my answer. Great product.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Great Product
What's not so great: Error Correction brings up form, verse page
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for several years. They practice continual improvement and each year I vow to return to this software company for my tax returns.
What's great about it: TurboTax gets better each year! They aren't stagnant.
