I was disappointed that the update was not compatible with my old but faithful Mac (10.4) I was not the only one who had an older Mac and to find different ways to do our taxes. Otherwise I was not disappointed in the program and its ease of use and helpfulness.
What's great about it: The ease of use
What's not so great: Some parts of State a little confusing on questions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over all very user friendly and easy to follow. You do have to read cafefully on some of the thing that dont pertain to most people. more bold heading may help to click thru some of those things faster. Maybe bigger print for those of us with older eyes.

State form messing with overall performance

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first time I am having a issue with filing my State return. I finally gave up after being sent in a loop and just efiled my Federal return and will just come back to do my State taxes.
What's great about it: Overall a great program

Excellent product as usual. I am a customer of Turbo Tax for approximately 5 years. Each year it gets easier to complete my returns. Thank you so much for a product that really rocks.
