Turbo Tax - again this year!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now. I could likely do our taxes manually without any problem but it's nice to have the backup of accurate calculations and the prompting of different categories so I don't miss any income or deductions.
What's great about it: transfers info from prior year; calculates accurately; asks questions
What's not so great: can't do joint return and then compare with married filing joint without reentering info.

Navigation Improved

I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember and each year I have found that the interface and navigation improves. I also like that I can switch to the forms and easily review PDF documents.
What's great about it: Allows self-directed and the navigation is improved
What's not so great: Complexity - but driven by tax code

Been using Turbo-Tax many years. It sure beats having to gather all the same information and take it to an accountant to complete it.. Then, comes the grief - a check for several hundred dollars.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and make changes
What's not so great: Need more help on K-1

2 States and Fed...

The gathering of last year's information was very helpful. Doing two states and federal could have been a lot more difficult. And navigation of the site was very user friendly.
What's great about it: Great and separating states and easy federal data entry.
What's not so great: posting question had slow response

Still Easy

Decade + user, stays the same---Best for the worst time of year thing. Have never had to go for help and never had to explain the submitted results. Have used from Business to Retirement and will not move from something that works!!
What's great about it: Walk through
What's not so great: Should have go to top or bottom to save time scrolling

Less Stress Tax Season

The program gives great step-by-step directions for inputting incomes and possible deductions. There is some information that needs to be found independently. TurboTax is a great starting point.
What's great about it: Easy and direct.
What's not so great: Some areas were not very clear.

It's very hard to say anything bad about this software. I'm always able to catch any mistakes and gain an understanding of taxes in general. My other friends think I'm some tax guru, well perhaps the joke is on them. Thank you so much!
What's great about it: You make it so easy
What's not so great: I wouldn't mind a few articles of tips to increase your refund
