This years tax filing was easy and quick. I got a nice return on both Federal and State filing. Thanks Turbo Tax for making a great product and for taking the worrry out of filing my taxes each year.,

Gliche at end of filing State Tax...stated we had an error, although advised of the error, i.e. investment monies, we didn't have any and couldn't solve the problem. Unable to efile because of it. Frustrating.
Contacted by phone for assistance, the 90 minute wait was to long, but once I had the agent on the line, he was very good.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Help Section not so helpful!

I would use this program again. It did find deductions that other programs didn't let me know about in the past.
What's great about it: easy to use, quick, good "help" and tips

Some Bugs

After final review, everything was clean. Then, just as I e-filed, Turbo-Tax came back with a bunch of stupid stuff. It asked for employer and employee info for W-2's. I had no W-2's. I had to fill in dummy info to get past this. Then Turbo-Tax said several ZIP codes for charities were invalid for my state. They were absolutely valid. I had to keep putting in incorrect ZIP codes to get past this. I am very disappointed. I have never had these problems with Turbo-Tax before
What's great about it: Pretty easy as usual
What's not so great: Bugs W-2 Forms; Zip Codes for charities
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Holds Your Hand
