Turbo Tax Forever

We have been a Turbo Tax subscriber for many years. The
program seems to get easier each year - questions are
straight forward and the mechanics are perfect for seniors
like me. At age 82 - looking forward to next year's edition.

If you use Turbotax year after year, the info from previous year is already there when you file the present year, with comparisons for each item, so you can see what you entered last year and compare so you don't miss anything.
Less time consuming than doing taxes by hand, and cheaper than having someone do them for you. Fairly easy to use.
What's great about it: transfers last year's info, leads you along so you don't have to read a lot of instructions

Turbo Tax makes it easier

I had a rather difficult return this year due to changes in Self employment and investment activity. Turbo Tax made it easy to research issues and provided community questions with information that was extremely helpful. I hate filing taxes and I have always filed them myself using turbo tax- so far knock on wood no audits but you never know. I hope Turbo tax comes thru again
What's great about it: Easy to understand and research issues
What's not so great: When I went in to update I had to answer some questions over and over
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

After several days STILL unable to e-file.
What's not so great: I could not e-file due to an error your system. An update could not be installed

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for many years and have never tried any other tax product. Needless to say, I have never felt a need to do so. I am very satisfied. Thank you.
