Easy, Fast and Exceptional Product

Great product! Used for the last 9 years and will never switch to anything else. Very helpful when I had questions with any step. So easy and quick to use that my wife thinks I must not be doing the taxes right.
What's great about it: Ease of use was great
What's not so great: Just the cost of State returns

Not up to par with previous versions

I've been using Trubo Tax ever since you took over Mac In Tax and this has been the most troubling printing I've experienced. It would hardly convert to a printable document and never did print schedule B when printing the federal return. I finally had to print it seperate and again with some difficulty. I use a HP PC with system 7 home premium with plenty of memory and a HP 8500A printer. Should work better than it does.
What's great about it: Calculations are excellent
What's not so great: Very cumberson printing. Took an extra long time to finaly get return printed

My second year to use Turbo Tax. Very user friendly, except when I had a question about corrected 1099 R. I thought using the email would be as quick and it was not, and then I could not get back to the page to call for help. Probably my own computer ignorance but I think this could be improved. Again, this is my second time to use, and most anybody can follow and fill out. Would love to get discount for using product year after year.

Used this product for many years, for personal as well as business, have had many changes and different situations and this has always done a better job then a paid service! Always someone to answer questions which is a plus when I was stuck...Kuddos!
What's great about it: Easy to use, finds all deductions
What's not so great: Have used it for years and never had a con!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I,ve been using TurboTax since the early 1980's when it was Intuit. I've only been audited 2 times since then a beat both audits. Awesome program and company. I always highly recommend TurboTax to anyone who asks.
What's great about it: Very accurate and sooooo easy to use.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to install, set up and begin using. Imported info from prior year return which saved time. All in all a good program with easy to use interface.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions, imported info from last years return
