So simple to use

I'm a six year turbo tax user for both personal and corporate taxes. I am a big fan of having prior year information saved and transferred to current year. Allows me to save all information in pdf format and makes filing a breeze. If you are a do it yourself type of person, I would expect you would like this product as much as me.
What's great about it: Walked me through each step
What's not so great: Being able to go back to a specific item

if you want to mail forms you have to dig and guess where to find it previous versions were much easier to uae and find what you needed

So easy no need to worrry about trying to get all the tax forms. And I just do online......fast........simple with the help of the tutorial.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

User friendly

I liked how user friendly the interface was. There were times, though, that I think it could have let you know what was coming up so I didn't have to worry about getting something included. Also, it would be REALLY nice if they would make the cursor into an hourglass or put a 'wait' message when it's downloading or updating, because it was very hard to tell when it's finished and just sitting there. Finally, (I hope I don't sound like I'm griping about the program because I did like it), I wish they would have included a list at the beginning of everything you would need. It took me forever rooting around my wife's purse trying to find the checkbook at the very end so I could have the return sent electronically. It would have been nice to have had it available sooner.
Overall, a great tool and resource! I look forward to using it next year more because of what I've been exposed to this year.

It was great! This was the first year I had sone my own taxes in a very long time and it made the whole process easier to bear.
What's great about it: fast simple straight to the point, everything had an explanation ready to view
What's not so great: I honestly didn't run into anything that I'd give this label to

Feel like a Pro

I was kinda nervous to do my own taxes. I heard it was easy and cheaper to do it myself. So I decided to try it out. The guide was easy to follow and it was very simple to do. I was a good experience.
