Why, Why me

I have used this program for the past 13 years, I would not use any other. I tried another brand, I didn't like it's presentation for filling out the information. The Presentation is fabulous, review picks up your mistakes, ease of submisson, and of course, the printing of forms and return. Awesome program.
What's great about it: Love this program, the very best

Easy as pie!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I feel that it meets or exceeds my needs everytime.
Turbo Tax continues to improve year after year and I believe it is the best on the market for anyone needing to a personal tax return.
This year I even thought about using an accountant, but this program continues to impress me and I feel like I understand the taxes and the the language used in tax preperation.
I will use Turbo Tax again and recommend to anyone who chooses to do their own taxes.

SOME PROBLEMS I HAD WERE -1) WHEN I E-FILED THE PRINT COPY DID NOT SHOW DATES BOUGHT AND SOLD OF TRANSACTIONS ON SCH D (SHOWED ON SCREEN) - 2) AN ITEM ENTERED AS LONG TERM WHEN DATES SHOWED IT TO BE SHORT TERM WITHOUT ALARMING ME OF THE ERRONEOUS ENTRY -3) FOUND NO WAY TO RE-ESTABLISH EXTERNAL IMPORT OF INPUT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE ONCE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PARTICULAR TYPE OF DATA (SECURITY TRANSACTIONS)

Great Sigh of Relief

I had to wait until the last few days because of waiting for a Corrected SSA-1099 because I withdrew my application for benefits and it was a relief to get it in time so that I would not have to file an extension. But if I had to, Turbo Tax makes that easy also.
What's great about it: Knowing that I can do it myself at home and still have access to experts. Turbo Tax rocks!
What's not so great: There are no cons....

Although the tool is great to use, some items such as available deductions in general are a little confusing for beginners. The tool could be made easier to be reviewed and understood by the filer.

Could be more logical

If a tax form is accessed for any reason, the program inputs it into the return EVEN if no information is entered. Then when you run the Review, you get an error because some field is not completed. When the user sees the form, sees that it isn't being used FOR ANY REASON, they should be given the option RIGHT THERE to delete the form. Instead they have to go searching for that particular form and delete it. This could cause the wrong form to be deleted (if several similar forms are used) and cause even more problems. It would be far more logical and user friendly to be able to delete the form right at the point where the Review tells you there's a problem.
