Takes care of busy work

When e-filing Federal Return and paper filing state, it is not easy to just go and print the return without navigating through all of the Federal e-filing and state e-filing jargon
What's great about it: Covers all of the bases
What's not so great: Very cumbersome to access items (particularly on state) that you need to go back and correct.

1) I couldn't figure why some things didn't seem to flow through to this year, e.g., IRA rollover info.
2) I couldn't figure out how to change my Sch C business address from home address. I did spend time trying Help and Forum.

easy to use

In previous years, I was forced to visit sections that didn't apply, this year seemed more streamlined, easier to navigate the program. Took less time to enter info, easy to file. Good, solid product.
What's great about it: I liked being able to choose "enter info myself" or "import". Easy to navigate through menus.
What's not so great: none this year

Turbo tax 2012 was similar to 2011. It seams like it is thorough. Does a good job of leading you through the section of income and deductions.
