TurboTax is great. It's quick, easy and extremely accurate. My only complaint is with It' Deductible. I think it should have a search function, and a prompt to save entries when changing categories.
What's great about it: Extremely Easy to use
What's not so great: It's Deductible is a little akward. Must be extremely careful when adding an item so that previous entries are not lost.

My review

For many years I have had no PA state income tax to pay because my income is just from qualified pensions and Social Security. This year I went blithely through the PA return and found I owed money. I went back and found a place where I could say my pensions were from qualified plans. But the way that was to be done is, by my recollection, different from the past. What I had to do this year seemed strange. It seems to me Turbo Tax changed somethig for the worse.
What's great about it: The usual Turbo Tax job
What's not so great: PA state return was less easy this year

What's great about it: Reduced the amount owed from $1300 to $8. WOW!!!

Turbo Tax: I use it every year

I use Turbo Tax every year for my Federal and State returns. It is a quick and easy way to get your taxes done and my 3 eldest children take advantage of this software as well. Turbo Tax transfers all of your data from the previous tax year and makes completing both your federal and state taxes a breeze. E-filing is simple (the Federal e-file is free) and the quickest way to get your refund when using direct deposit. I have never wanted to try any other tax software.
What's great about it: Easy, Guided support, Trusted

What's great about it: It's cheaper than accountant and is a piece of cake to use.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Simple!

I started a small home daycare business last year and turbo tax made it so easy to figure out how to file the taxes for that. Just follow the guide and you can do it!
What's great about it: So easy and detailed to file my small business taxes
What's not so great: There was one page of info in the state tax form that didn't explain what the options were.

need more side by side comparesons as what was filed the perivous year with more sujestions of what type of deductions to can be used
