Very Helpful

I received a Veterans Administration check for injuries that happened in 2012. So I might have to file an amended return. I'll wait until I get paperwork from the VA. I'm sure Turbo Tax will handle any taxes.
What's great about it: Easy, Accurate
What's not so great: Haven't found any

Far from having an accountant !

My pros and cons say it all. I have used TT for many years but even on the (simplest) of tax returns , there seems to always be (questions) or (problems) and I am still * searching for the HELP phone number on the packaging!
What's great about it: Tranfer of tax info went well this year.
What's not so great: In the ( REVIEW) stage there is no guidence and always a question to what (EXACTLY) is missing or needed.

Turbo Tax is a great program. Have been using it to file personal return for over 10 yeaars with total satisfaction.
As a retired accountant it is great to have a program that is simple to use and covers all areas with review.

A walk In the park refund.

A step by step guidelines made it easier to understand and completed it in a timely manner. Turbo tax made me feel comfortable to do my tax.
What's great about it: A peace of mind and a smile on my face.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything or ran into any problem. None

Tax Time Made Easy

I've used the software for may years and it has made my experience with tax preparation totally tolerable. I remember the days of all the reading and reviewing and then still feeling uneasy with the entire process. All of this is a thing of the past and I feel confident with the preparation. Thanks!!!
What's great about it: I love all the aspects of the tax preparation software. .
What's not so great: None come to mind other then it telling me I owe. lol

Time Saver

I found Turbo Tax is the most reliable tax filling software available in the market. I have been using Turbo Tax since 10+ years except last year. Last year I attracted by a low priced another tax software and used it. It turned out the software calculated and entered some of the values on Form 1040 which IRS did not recognized. The IRS took time to review it and as a result it delayed my refund for a month. Meanwhile it drove me crazy wondering why IRS is reviewing it. Anyhow, I am back to Turbo Tax this year. I also convinced my daughter to use Turbo Tax instead of getting it done through a tax consultant who was charging her a lot for his service. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who is a bit computer savy.
What's great about it: Extremely reliable tax filling software
What's not so great: I can't think of any thing I don't like.

The program was on many levels quick and easy. However there we some help facts that were difficult to understand. The program was also harder to print than last year
