I really appreciated the ease of doing my taxes. It was great that I could start the process and then stop if I needed to gather more information. This is a great way to do taxes for the simple everyday type of person.
What's great about it: Easy, great way to do Taxes
What's not so great: At the beginning it said I could have one state tax processed for Free, but I was charged

I have used turbo tax for the past 10 years (maybe more), and I have found it to be fairly easy to use. I compared my deductions to others who filed with face to face tax reviewers and didn't see where they received as many deductions as me over the past filings. I am always promoting this product to my friends every tax year, and some have converted to using turbo tax. I like that you have added pics of real tax reviewers and their years of experience to this year's software...I don't remember this from past years. Anyway, good move. The one thing I would like to see is an opt out button on the state filing at the beginning of the tax form. This way I won't have to visit it later...it confused me a bit, but I just skipped over it. Anyway, I will continue to use this product for as long as it is being offered. Thanks.

What's not so great: Would like to see 'skip state tax filing' at beginning

What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: naivagating some forms can be difficult and testing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

For the basic stuff Turbo worked great.
We had probs with downloaded gains/losses. The data was eliminated although showing on the list of downloads.
Info from K-1s required generation of additional forms. Not all the info could be entered on a single form.

What's great about it: Does basic computations OK
What's not so great: Loss of down loaded data and inability to process K-1s

Turbo Tax is reliable and accurate and simple to use. I am a veteran of complex tax returns in several States and Turbo Tax has consistently provided all required forms, timely and value-added support and helpful tips.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Resources available to ask questions. Interfaces with financial institutions to download financial records
What's not so great: None.
