Have used turbotax for years couldn't ask for a better tax software. Easy to use even if you have no tax experience.

Easy Cheesy!

I suggest you buy the software each year. That way your files transfer over very easily. And then as you do your taxes it will remind you if you may have missed something that you had done the previous year. It makes doing the long forms easy with step by step instructions on what you need to plug in. What I do not like is this years software is asking for more of my information. I believe it is for marketing purposes by intuit. I buy TurboTax and happy with it, just leave me alone on the rest of your products. Don't call me, I'll call you if I need it. Thank you
What's great about it: How everything easily transfer from year to year
What's not so great: You wanting more info from me, to latter use to market me via my email

Love Turbo Tax

I have used and filed thru Turbo Tax for several years. I have never had a problem and am happy with all the deductions they find.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Walks you thru it all.

I have been using TT since it started. I have full trust that I am getting the best prepared tax return that can be prepared.
What I don't like is not being able to contact technical support via e-mail; have to go through Community to post a question and wait for a answer which never seems to happen.
What's great about it: guided me through the process
What's not so great: not being able to contact TT via e-mail with a question

The last time I had someone else do my taxes, they made a mistake I had to pay for. Much better with Turbo Tax!

A retired financial analyst, I've used TurboTax for several years and appreciate its comprehensive and accurate incorporation of many tax situations. TurboTax has become more user-friendly over the years and continues to be a reliable system in our ever-increasing tax complexities. I recommend TurboTax for all who ask.
What's great about it: Rapidly and accurately incorporates complex life events/changes into tax dollars in or out. Multiple reviews are great.
What's not so great: TurboTax lacks on on-line chat service to clarify or resolve terminology problems and applicabilty questions found.
