Turbo Tax is very easy to navigate and it helped get the most out of my refund. I highly recommend it to anyone who does their own taxes!

You need to provide a phone number so you can talk to real people when you don't have an answer to a certain problem
What's great about it: Percise covers everything
What's not so great: State tax freezes will not e file and has no answers

SO EASY!

It was so easy to file my taxes this year! I used Turbo Tax last year, and it pulled the information right out of last years return! I did not have to worry about forgetting anything either. It walked me through everything!
What's great about it: walks you through step by step so you don't miss anything

Amazing Tax Help!

Easy to use and the support is great. Took all the time needed to find an answer to my question and get me ready to finish up my return. Followed up with an email summarizing conclusion that I can keep in the tax file.
Thanks for helping me finish our taxes and get our refund!

I like the detailed procedure in going through each step and that I can go back and edit each step. Very good review once complete and instant re-calculation of each step. Lots of good reminders to make sure I don't miss anything. You guys probably saved me some headaches and lost money if I went with paper and a stubby pencil.
