I love this product! Been using this for years. Very easy to use & the help IRS guidelines are self-explanatory!
What's great about it: The step by step easy guide!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have had superb results for several years now using Turbotax. The walkthrough with all categories and the comparison year-to-year of information is extremely valuable in knowing when you're done - it's good to go.
Additionally, the access to forms of all varieties for both state and federal returns is indespensable - especially knowing they're up-to-
date and complete.

What's not so great: -Sometimes a little confusing with instructions .. but not much

Have used TT for 20 years. For the family, files 3 federal returns and had to file returns for different states. Everything went well. Even had a local CPA review the return for accuracy.
What's great about it: Gives you confidence everything was done right.
What's not so great: Entering charitable donations is tedious.

If you have a problem, it can be corrected quickly if you contact the tech. support at TurboTax and forget about the infomation request hot line with fellow filers.
What's great about it: Problem with Federal Vs. State tax requirements solved
What's not so great: I need to pick up my data entering speed
