Simple to use

Overall a good product, only product I've ever used. Navigation could be tricky at times but mostly simple in and out fast.
What's great about it: Easy to use, flexible

Saved a ton!

While it took a little time to newly enter info, it saved me a ton of money vs. having my accountant do it. Now that the base info has been entered, doing them myself next year will go that much faster.
What's great about it: avoiding accountant's fees
What's not so great: time it takes to enter some mutual fund transactions

Easy to use

I have used Turbotax for years. As a first year retiree, my return was a bit different and more complex than usual. The program adequately guided me through the new, unfamiliar forms.
What's great about it: Very complete for my needs. semi-complicated return

I am a long time user and I have never had a situation TT would not handle. Could not do without it. I look forward to doing taxes that I used to dread.
What's great about it: Long time user, seems to get better every year
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Generally, Turbo Tax is a very useful program that saves me lots of time.
It is straightforward and easy to use.
What's great about it: I like how it walks you through the income and deductions.
What's not so great: Some explanations on 1099Rs and 1099INV could explain why the boxes on those forms are often blank.
