Did them in an evening

I have been doing my own taxes since my divorce. The first year I reviewed my taxes with my CPA's as a compare contrast and this is what gave me the security that Turbo Tax works well for my needs.
I am a single father and Turbo Tax fits nicely in to my budget and time constraints.
What's great about it: Quick and easy once you get the hang of navigating through each set of questions
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years now and have never had any problems. It improves every year making the process easy and stress free!
What's great about it: Quick and Easy!

Have use Turbo Tax for the last 4 year and would not use any one else. Everything you need is there and explained very well
What's great about it: Easy, fast and accurate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes it easy...

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and each year the process gets more efficient. I appreciate the easy to follow format and the ability to easily look at specific forms or worksheets during the process.
What's great about it: Well organized. Good support info on various tax issues. Improved efficiency for charitable non-cash donations.
What's not so great: Health Savings Account area is not as easy to follow. Gets it right but not intuitive enough for user.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy as pie!

I've used TurboTax exclusively for nearly 20 years! It's the best value and the most user-friendly tax tool on the market!
What's great about it: Refund amount calculates like a winning game of slots!
What's not so great: Screen doesn't scroll with my mouse, so I have to use scroll bar. :-(

There was some confusion about whether or not my IRA rollover was being treated as income.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Some frustration with HELP answers.

Frustrated but finished

When we were putting in our credit card number and address, there was NO button for us to continue, we by accident figured that we needed to hit enter on our computer. But right at the end this did not work and by shear luck I was running the mouse along an area and it changed to a hand. When I hit where the hand was it happened to go back so once I eventually went forward again by hitting enter on my key board I ran the hand along to the right and the pointer again changed to a hand where I could submit my credit card information. This took forever and was very poor. We thought we were going to have to stay on a phone forever trying to get help but got lucky by accident.
What's great about it: Ease of checking for mistakes and seeing that I was getting a return
What's not so great: Very difficult time moving through later part of tax return when closed to finishing filing.
