User friendly and comprehensive.

I have used TurboTax for the past 4 or 5 years without any known errors or audits. I have saved myself accountant fees and been able to complete my taxes at home at my own pace. Love it.
What's great about it: Guide me through features.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Program

I've used TurboTax for almost 20 years and it gets better every year. In fact, I've found over the years that TurboTax is often more accurate than having a professional preparer do my taxes because I know my tax situation better than any professional preparer possibly could unless he were my full-time accountant. This is an excellent program. I really like the interview that walks you through the process step-by-step. I also like the review and the ability to go back and check/review/revise deductions, income, and credits. However, TurboTax is not necessarily the best option for someone who is not real computer savvy or who doesn't have the patience to look up answers to tax questions themselves; even though TurboTax does have live help available but I've never needed/wanted to use it.
What's great about it: Comprehensive and complete review of most used deductions and credits
What's not so great: Not good for people who aren't computer savvy or people who don't like to have to look for answers

Liked the process which leads you through the forms. Unfortunately, the e-filing was rejected due to a code IND-510 Spouse SSN in the Return Header conflicting with the Primary SSN in another tax return. Unclear how to process and difficultly in getting back into the forms to refile electronically.
What's great about it: Lead us through the process easily
What's not so great: Rejected E-filing & difficult to find out how to move forward

Turbo Tax is fast & simple. I've used it for years & so far haven't needed support.

TurboTax is so user friendly, I actually enjoy doing my taxes. I trust that I am doing my taxes correctly when I use the program.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very easy to use. I believe the program is accurate.

Smooth Sailing

We own four houses and one is a rental, you would think my taxes would be complicated but with Turbo Tax Deluxe I just breezed right through. Well not breezed as in fast, it still took me over three hours but it saved me hundreds as far as what I would have paid an accountant!
What's great about it: Super easy to us.

Taxes Made Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. What's good about Turbo Tax is that the program saves your tax history and you can go back to see the graph to make sure there are no red flags associated with your current tax forms. This year I filed electronically for the first time. It was so quick and easy. I printed my documents and then clicked to send. It was that simple!
