Been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. The software gets better and easier to use each new tax season.
What's great about it: Logical, intuitive interface. Easy to print/e-file return
What's not so great: TT is bit slow to load - but I can live with that(!)

Excellent tool for the public where you can get as much or as little assistance as necessary at a very reasonable price. Designers of this company know how to help reach everyone! Great public service!!

What's not so great: People tend to avoid checking their own work -- nothing is fool proof

With their prompt and acceptable addressing of state filing concerns in Minnesota, Turbo Tax continues to demonstrate a commitment to quality and remains my choice for both federal and state tax preparation and filing guidance.

Simple to get started, and quick to use. And if you use it before, it imports the information from the previous year. Very through in the questions and makes sure you get everything you need to enter in.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, quick to use
What's not so great: None that are its fault (taxes)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

This is my second sraight year using Turbo Tax. I love the easy to follow prompts, No guesswork is involved. Always very confident when I use T.T
