Cant wait for my refund!

I like using TurboTax. Its easy and it takes you step by step through the tax forms. The instructions are clear and simple. I use it every year and its cheaper than having a tax professional do my taxes and better at avoiding mistakes than doing by hand.
What's great about it: RITA filing was easier this year!

I could not find any help relating to millitary retiment and VA disability pay My 1009R showed the full amount of my retiement BUT did not show that the VA waiver pay for the 9 months of 2012.
What's great about it: quick and easy for the most part.
What's not so great: does not have a program or area for millitary

quick and easy

It was easy to enter the information until I got to the 1099 and importing a joint information. would like to see an option to import spouse info if they filed separate the previous year. but other than that I have been using turbo tax for quite a few years and haven't had a major problem yet and will continue to use it for years to come.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: unclear on free state return/ 1099 was a little difficult
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

difficult instructions to repair and error

told me about an error, wrong id number on a w2. Fixed it went back to the error sheet, kept saying they wouldn't take it again because of the error, but I had it fixed. Ran review again, went thru the system, and submitted it again. Hope it goes.
What's great about it: once I figured it out, went well

We love turbo tax and have been using them over 8 years now. they help our taxes file easy every year
