Couldn't be any easier

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and wouldn't consider another software package. Just started my own business, however, and may need to find a professional for 2013...
What's great about it: Federal Refund

A very good tax tool, but the contents are limited to input from US income/tax system only. I received income from from the United Kingdom and was unable to input all the required information into the data base as required.

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I like that it pulls in my information from previous year. This speeds up doing the taxes. The choice to have Turbo Tax prompt for entries or explore on my own is great. I have been doing electronic taxes with Turbo Tax for several years now.

Minnesota Mess

TT made a mistake on MN returns. Found out very late. Took a long time to fix. Inconsistent messages from Attorney General and Turbo Tax on resolution. Apparently made E-filed returns most difficult to fix.
What's great about it: Finally fixed, I think
What's not so great: Made errors on Minnesota Return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

All in all, it was easy to follow and complete.
What's not so great: Had some trouble with clergy housing allowance -- used to be much easier.

Best Tax Program Going

I have been using Turbo-Tax for several years and it is so easy. Just fill in the blanks and the program does the rest. Have not needed to use the professional helps but I am sure that it would be a great asset. I would recommend Turbo-Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: much easier thea reading the booklets and filling out forms.
What's not so great: none that i can see

Fast and Easy

Filing federal and two states was fast and easy. Al the appropriate forms to my individual situation were readily available and filled out specific to our family.
What's great about it: Plug and Chug

It really bugs me that I pay for the states, and then have to pay you to efile!
What's great about it: been using this software for years and I have been very pleased
What's not so great: charging for state efiling is unacceptable
