Great Refund!

Last years taxes were a problem. This year, Turbotax went very smoothly through all my information, made more suggestions and maximized my refund. Thanks Turbotax!

Good, but prefer online Turbo Tax

This version didn't ask about getting a divorce during the tax year. I remember the online version from last yr did ask. I was concerned getting divorced and a name change in 2012 would not be reflected on my tax return and might cause a hassle later.
Otherwise, as always I am happy with turbo tax. I use it year after year.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Online version from last yr seemed easier to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Improved City Return this year

I use TurboTax every year. It is very easy to use. It is accurate, fast and it saves money. Compared to old fashioned ways by using IRS forms manually, it is much easier and less chance to make mistakes. Or saves lots of money by doing it yourself, instead of paying big bucks to hire somebody using similar program.
This year, the city tax return is much better. For the last few year, I could not do it because of poor program. However, this problem has been fixed. I do not need to manually calculate the local city return.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, accurate and save money
What's not so great: None

I've been a client for over 10 years and love the Turbo Tax product. Every year I see improvements in the program that make it ever more user-friendly each year. Keep up the good work, Intuit.
What's great about it: The question method is great and all-inclusive.
What's not so great: Some of those exceptional items aren't well covered.

Turbo Tax is a De-Stresser!

If Geico didn't already use "so easy a caveman could do it" I would say that about TurboTax!! Being "walked" through step by step, with assurances along the way that you are doing it right, and being checked for audit risk is a definite confidence builder. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now ... and will continue on! Thanks TT!!
