Easy.....

Software load was improved over last year. Much smoother. They really listen and strive to make the changes suggested in the forums. Great Job!
Walked right through taxes this year with minimal frustration and with all the improvements year to year it went so much faster than expected (3 hours!). Great Job on the software.
Help screens still need some clarification on some of the new laws but then again...our government keeps changing the laws....how could anyone keep up.
What's great about it: Improvments over last year and good navigation with the new laws

No mess project

Much easier than the old paper routine. Have used TurboTax for three years and am very satisfied.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Review of completed return can be harder to navigate.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, thorough, and helpful

Turbo Tax is a great product. I was able to quickly and easily file my taxes, but the great thing is that I actually understand much more about the process now. This is because wherever there was an inquiry or confusion, Turbo Tax had a detailed and helpful explanation.
What's great about it: Ease of use and ability to explain details in depth

This program is so easy to use and has all the helpful tips as you go along to answer questions. Preparing a return the old way vs. TurboTax is really no comparison, especially when itemizing deductions.
What's great about it: Importing info from W2's saves so much time and reduces chance of mistakes.
What's not so great: No issues from start to finish

I had to contact a CPA to understand how to do the GOAL state taxes because I did not understand how to do it by Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Good product
What's not so great: I had trouble understanding how to do the GOAL state tax contrributions for both Fed and state taxes.

The best software - a true easy button

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. They always improve the user interface. I file with confidence every year that I have all the deductions I am qualified to have.
What's great about it: Walks you through it. Even a 1st time user will find it easy.
