Excellent program for the beginner or the expert, can jump from step by step, or manually enter on the return, would not use any other software!

Has Never Failed Me

I have used TurboTax for several years now and have never had any problems. We have used in prior years with both my husband and I employed homeowners with complicated investments and now has brought us through retirement with all our complicated tax questions being solved. Have never in all the years of use had any audits and amendments. Love this software!
What's great about it: So easy even for the most complicated tax preparing.
What's not so great: I really don't have any cons.

Been using Turbo Tax for years..Never had a problem..only takes about an hour..I Efile the Fed and do snail mail for the State...
What's great about it: Fast, easy, thorough..makes an unpleasant task palatable
What's not so great: cost..seems pricey, but worth it

TTax rescue!

I had to reapply a rejected return for the first time this year. It was unnerving to get the rejection notice, however, it was received in less than 30 minutes. The instructions to resubmit were clear and easy to accomplish. The free E-File resubmission was a plus since I was still within the filing deadline. My only observation, not a complaint, is that the issue that caused the rejection should have been flagged during preparation of my return as a potential problem. A dependent was erroneously added on my return, for which a previous return had been filed and accepted for him. There should be some way TTax reviews all returns in the family universe and at least make the appropriate inquiry. The available TTax research data concerning the issue was not clear and definitive to me at the time. Otherwise, a very comprehensive and user friendly product. Thanks for the support!

Your review ask for a nickname, but returns my nickname has already been used, pick a different name. At this point in my life why would I want to change a nicknamed I have gone by for many years.
