Generally TurboTax is easy to use and I have used this system for several years. Gathering information seems out of sequence at first if one has completed paper copies first, but this method helps understand what is being asked and has been able to research the tax manual.
The inclusion of the RITA forms gives me a chance to see the forms prior to completion, but transferring information to Section A has not been correct in my case and it would be better served to just include the general heading information and leaving the rest blank since RITA's refunding system is almost impossible to decipher and blocked by a "prove it " philosophy.

What's great about it: Ease of use with dropdown detailed HELP program.
What's not so great: Taxes are overly complicated anyway so I work the paper copy first and compare with the TurboTax results

State is not as user friendly as is the Federal.
What's great about it: Helped me find a deduction I had overlooked. Got me $400.
What's not so great: State return is still poorly done.

For a non-techie like myself, Turbotax is easy to use and has improved over the 5 years I've used it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: I cannot go directly to a line item without having to go through the section from the beginning.

I absolutely loved using turbo tax! Zero complaints!
What's great about it: Whats not to like. The minimal questions that I had were already answered in the TurboTax community!
What's not so great: No complaints!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Have used Turbo Tax for years, great if you have simple tax returns and don't need the expense of an accountant!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, accurate, good value
What's not so great: Constant updates needed

I have been using turbo tax as far back as I can remember(at least 15yrs)
I would not use any other software to do my taxes!!
What's great about it: easy to download info
What's not so great: direct deposit on form should say you can elect on submitting to eFile!
