TurboTax is the Best!!

Excellent! Excellent!
I've used TurboTax for the past upteen years and would use no other. Very user friendly.
I like the idea that you can stop at any point and go back to where you left off.
You can also review and go back to other areas and correct or modify.

What's great about it: User friendly. Like how you walked me through all the details.
What's not so great: Had to seach for my state sales tax info.

ONLY TOOK AN HOUR THIS YEAR. WALKED ME THROUGH ALL THE STEPS AND WITH THE DOWNLOADS IT MADE IT EASIER.

Step by Step - Easiest Yet!!

If you haven't used Turbo Tax before, it's a very easy way to do your taxes. You don't have to be a tax wizard, because they walk your through the income and deduction sections
one step at a time. All you need to do is have all your tax information available and you just enter in what you have. I also like the fact that you can pause working on your taxes for a few days and when you come back, they take you right to where you left off.

Please make it EASIER to get questions answered. 2011 worked great with chat. This year couldnt find chat or live or whatever. This should be a SIMPLE ONE STEP CLICK! Its the only reason i am contemplated seeking a professional next year although i want to keep on using turbo tax
What's great about it: good step by step instructions. seems to improve each year
What's not so great: still cannot get specific answers to questions. have to try submitting to a community and hope someone gets back.

Nice to have a second set of trained eyes when doing taxes. Helps navigate through or around difficulties and prevents most mistakes.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
