Importing data is great !

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years now.
It just gets better and better every year.

What's great about it: Being able to import data from previous year's tax returns and from financial accts is wonderful.

Still great, but tougher with a business

This was my first year with a small business, and it was a bit tougher to do my taxes. This next year I'll have to use Quicken to make it easier to track my business expenses.
What's great about it: Easy walk-through, good explanations
What's not so great: Hard to get specific answers
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Extremely helpful software!

My friend found an accountant but later he told me that the accountant actually mess with a few blanks that she thinks as not important. I'll be happier with my turbotax as I input everything myself. More than that, I learned thru the process~
What's great about it: Everything comes handy
What's not so great: Would be better if 8843 form is also included

Could not have been easier...TurboTax

Before TurboTax it was doing everything on the forms that we use to collect from the Post Office. I started using TurboTax after it first came out and have used it ever since. It has even gotten easier now that State forms are integrated with the Deluxe version of the program. It makes it quite simple when the program migrates all the necessary numbers and fills the forms for you.then allows you to electronically transmit the information to the tax boards involved. Thanks TurboTax.

Made my life easy !

My experience was very smooth in 2013 .. probably I have become a pro user by now. I am using TurboTax for 12 years now . I used TurboTax through my divorce , complicated stock sales , house sale etc . Even when I was audited , I used my data from Turbo Tax and felt confident to represent myself . My trust in TT is immense .. I almost blindly trust TT now for all tax filings .
What's great about it: Easy to use , covers stock sales, trustworthy !
What's not so great: hard to edit forms directly .. in case of a correction
Pros: I bought or sold investments
