Fast & Easy

I have been using Turbo tax for the last 6 years and have no real valid complaints. I like the Idea that I can do my Taxes at my leisure, from home and experiment wit different filing options. Best thing is that when I'm done I am done. I hit File and it is E-filed direct to the IRS and in 1 week the money will be deposited in my account. Whats to complain about?
What's great about it: Versatile
What's not so great: cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Once Again, TurboTax is a Winner

Once again, TurboTax takes some of the pain out of paying my taxes with it's ease of filling out forms and doing my calculations for me. As well, the few explanations I have had to review were helpful. Over the years, it keeps getting better and does not rest on its laurels. Congratulations TT on doing an excellent job.

Precise and Professional...

I've used Turbo tax for several years now, we kinda made it a family tradition now, everyone in our extended family uses Turbo Tax to do their taxes. We love the professionalism and promptness of Turbo Tax. We always recomend it to all are friends and family. I wouldnt use anything else.
What's great about it: Do taxes in the privacy of your own home...
What's not so great: having to pay for an extra state...

Nothing But Net!

I don't know of an easier way for an individual to do their own taxes, under their own schedule and having advise about questions throughout the entire process. That's why I have been using this software for several years.
What's great about it: I like the fact that you can start a section and then come back later when you have the rest of the information
What's not so great: I would like to buy the software with all the efile charges included.

Overall, Turbo Tax was pretty easy to follow as long as you read carefully. Scholarship information had changed from being under income (as previous year) to deductions and credits so was a little hard to find.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Changes from previous year were hard to find
