Trouble with Savings Bonds

Failed to recognize savings bond interest as tax free since used for education

SUPER QUICK AND EASY

I have used Turbo Tax for my familly for about 12 years and wouldn't dream if using other software nor paying a tax preparer. I have consistently gotten thousands of dollars back and am happy with my results. I highly recommend Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: covers all the bases
What's not so great: state charge for efiling plus the refund fee- way too much!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Old stand-by

Only glitch I ran into this year was the inability to file the 1041 form for a Trust. Otherwise, I continue to enjoy using Turbo Tax each year and feel confident that my return was done correctly.
What's great about it: Fine for most situations
What's not so great: Deluxe version doesn't do trusts

I was planning on getting started with an accountant, but Turbo Tax has become so user friendly that I don't think I need one! Best year ever.
What's great about it: Made it so easy to list my deduction and jogged my memory of past business deductions
What's not so great: There are none. This gets easier every year, even as my life gets more complicated

Overall easy to use. Has been the program I've used. Little confusing in deduction section around IRA and educational deduction. Have a happy Turbo tax user.

Really Saved Me From Pulling my Hair Out!!

WOW this Year I feel like they really got all the kinks out! I had some confusion in the past and Turbo Tax is the best software to do your taxes especially if you are like me and you have a million things to write off and didn't know it until you really get into everything. I highly recommend this to all!
What's great about it: I love how it really breaks down every area
