A really great product. I'd recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Does a simple, great job walking us through our taxes year after year.
What's not so great: Could still be a little more straight forward with regard to some of the deductions.

Easy Process

Really fast, easy prompts, got through all my steps quickly & with little difficulty. Had one form that used last year, & it assumed I needed it this year, & either it didn't ask me, or I missed it way to easy, but spotted it at review, & went back & found it, & deleted form. Easy to fix.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything really easy!
What's not so great: Had to go back & delete a form didn't need this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using this since 2000. The system still knows all the important info even that far back. It has made my tax life a snap and givin me all the tools to get prep done in very short order. This system plain rocks my tax world!!
What's great about it: easy navigation and maximized refund
What's not so great: too simple to not use

Your software did not make it easy to cancel the use of one deduction form: the home office deduction. Did not know how to get out of that one and the system kept taking me back to it after I decided not to use it.
What's great about it: Overall, easy to use
What's not so great: Would not let me escape using documents I did not intend to use. Initially started home office documentation.

Excellent Schedule E navigation

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and like the way it imports last years information into this years return. It also finds deductions and credits that I otherwise might miss. More than pays for itself every year. Started a rental business this year and Turbo Tax handled the Schedule E filing beautifully.

I fell in love with it many years ago when it popped up a deduction I was not aware of and I have been using it every since. I love the ease of use and the accuracy.
