Liked ability to download and automatically fill forms, send directly to a bank account,
What's great about it: No calculations needed, no tables or looking up information, free federal filing
What's not so great: Cost for state filing

No Refund, but it Works

Only problem is getting personal help with none tax information, such as logging into an account, other than on line, all problems can not be resolved online. Having been using Torbo Tax since early 1980s.
What's great about it: EasyGuide very easy to use and edit
What's not so great: Problem with intuit account, could not remember security answer so system would not let me into my account.

Great Product!

It would be helpful if "Explain This" would give more definitions and actual links to the section in Pub 17 that spoke about the line item being filled out.
What's great about it: All sections were easy to fill out with TurboTax's guidence
What's not so great: FAQs didn't alway answer my questions

The go button is well positioned

I am a long time turbo tax user. In previous years, hitting "continue" would position the cursor away from the "continue" button- forcing screen re-alignment each time.

Why can't you list the price of e-filing my state return? As I get older and more reckless with my money- I may opt for the state e-file.
My wife commented how we used to get really excited about Tax refunds. now that we are older, it doesn't have the same excitement.
What's great about it: To continue, the mouse pointer was in correct place
What's not so great: No price listed for state e-filing
